Howdy! The name is Morgan, if you couldn't tell from the name on the blog. I'm hopin' to turn this into a fun little place to experiment around and work on things I find interesting. It's also gonna serve sort of as a journal for me if I have anything I REALLY wanna talk about!
I started this site because I have a bit of a passion for photography, and wanted to have a place to myself that I could post about things related to it, post images and host a small little slice of the internet for myself! I'm also using this as an outlet to learn HTML and CSS so I can get better at web design, writing, and generally expressing myself.
I'm optimistic about my future potentially leading me down the path of investigative / photographic journalism. Asking questions is something I've been pretty good at for a long time and something I can't help. I can't suppress the kneejerk paranoia that lurks in my brain, but I can help giving myself answers. Getting the full picture. Looping it into my interest in photography, I'm using both in tandem as a way to cope interestingly enough. Learning to narrow the lense, focus on the details, and then zoom back out and take it all in with context has been peaceful and I'm excited to learn how much further this takes me :]
